Praticienne en réflexologie plantaire, palmaire et aromathérapie, j’accompagne chacun vers un mieux-être en favorisant une détente profonde du corps et de l’esprit.
Après 18 ans dans le domaine financier, j’ai ressenti le besoin de me recentrer sur l’essentiel : prendre soin des autres. C’est ainsi que je me suis tournée vers la réflexologie et l’aromathérapie, des pratiques qui permettent de retrouver équilibre, vitalité et qualité de vie.
Ayant moi-même traversé des phases de stress intense, des douleurs musculaires et un épuisement professionnel, j’ai découvert les bienfaits des médecines douces et pris conscience que le bien-être repose sur l’harmonie entre le corps et l’esprit. Ces expériences m’ont poussé à changer de voie et marqué le début de ma nouvelle orientation professionnelle.
En me formant à ces disciplines, j’ai réalisé que ma passion pour la réflexologie était ancrée en moi depuis longtemps : mes premiers livres sur le sujet, ouverts il y a 30 ans, prenaient enfin tout leur sens.
